Deposit policy

To reserve your order during our live sale, we ask for a deposit of €20.

🔹 How does it work?

The €20 deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your invoice.

Payment of your invoice must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

If you claim less than €20 worth of items, the deposit can be saved until you reach the €20 limit.

Please note: the deposit only applies to the goods and not to shipping costs.

🔹What if the invoice is not paid?

If you do not pay the invoice within 24 hours, your reservation will expire.

In that case the deposit will not be refunded.

🔹 Why a down payment?

This system was implemented to ensure that reserved items are actually purchased. This way, we keep things fair and transparent for all customers.
